Run Performance
Run Smarter. Recover Stronger.
Advanced gait and movement analysis using cutting-edge technology—designed to optimize performance, prevent injury, and support your strongest stride. Active Life Run Performance blends physical therapy expertise, individualized coaching, and motion analysis technology to help you run stronger.
Why Run Analysis Matters
It’s More Than Just a Treadmill Test
Most runners get generic advice: stretch more, strengthen your glutes, build mileage slowly. That advice isn't wrong. But it's guessing. Without knowing how you specifically move, even good advice misses the mark.
Our run analysis changes that. Combining video assessment, wearable DorsaVi sensor technology, and clinical expertise to uncover inefficiencies, asymmetries, and compensations that may contribute to pain, recurring injuries, or stalled performance. This is different from traditional PT, which treats the symptom. We find the movement pattern creating it.
You leave with a clear picture of how you move, why it matters, and exactly what to do about it.

What We Measure — and What You Get
Your Movement, Mapped.
Using high-speed video and sensor-based tech, we evaluate your
- Cadence & stride length
- Ground contact time
- Joint loading & impact forces
- Foot strike pattern
- Pelvic and core control
- Hip, knee and ankle positioning
Our technology tracks how your body moves in real time — on the treadmill or outdoors — pinpointing asymmetries, impact forces, and inefficiencies that standard observation misses. Every finding is interpreted by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specialized in run mechanics.
