Tammy Duda
Administrative Supervisor

"I love being able to help patients and make a difference in their lives. Making sure that a patient understands his/ her benefits is a priority, but letting them know that their care and treatment is important to us, is just as satisfying."

Tammy has been with the Active Life & Sports Physical Therapy family for 4 years, and enjoys the small, family like environment that ALS offers. With 19 years of medical office experience, Tammy is well versed in benefits verification, patient services and medical billing. Tammy looks forward to greeting each patient, and to helping patients navigate their rehabilitation.

PT, DPT

"The ability to build a bond with the patients, learn about their interests and help them get back to living their best pain-free lives is why I chose to become a physical therapist."

Rachel has a strong interest in treating patients in geriatrics, neurological conditions, balance/fall prevention, orthopedics and return to sport.

Rachel played division III Women's Lacrosse at Lynchburg College which makes her understand sport injuries and the dedication to training needed for sport.

When Rachel is not treating patients in the clinic, she enjoys working out, taking her dogs for walks, being at the beach with friends and family, and watching ANYTHING Baltimore Sports.
