Every two weeks, you'll have a 1:1 phone call with your coach at a time that works for YOU. We’ll work through the week's lesson, troubleshoot what's working (or not), and set up the next step on your journey.
Even on weeks when you don’t have a call, we’ll check in by email. Because let’s be real—accountability is EVERYTHING, and we’re here to keep you on track.
Between calls, we’ll stay in touch to make sure things are going smoothly. If something isn’t working, no worries—we’ll adjust it together. This is the beauty of 1:1 coaching: We can pivot in real-time and find what works best for YOU. (No judgment, just solutions.)

After 10+ years in the nutrition/fitness industry, I’ve been there, done that, and tried all the diets. From cutting carbs and chugging meal replacement shakes to going all-in on the Paleo train, I’ve done it all. But the one approach that finally gave me peace of mind? Eating flexibly.

We’ll show you how to make it work through social events, a busy schedule, or stressful days. You'll learn how to prioritize your goals and stay on track, even when life throws curveballs. And yes, we’ll teach you how to pivot and adjust when you have to live life on the fly!

It’s possible! Coach/client pairing is based on a few factors: personality, goals, and coach availability. As the Director of Active Lifestyle, Launa has other responsibilities, so her coaching roster is intentionally kept small. If she’s not available, you’ll be paired with one of our exceptional coaches—each one personally handpicked by Launa. Rest assured, they’re all top-tier nutrition experts who will guide you toward the results you’re looking for.
Our program is designed to be fully customized to your unique needs. You and your coach will work together to first focus on building a healthy relationship with food, making eating easy, mindful, and sustainable. Once that foundation is in place, we’ll start addressing fat loss or any other physique-related goals.
We believe it’s irresponsible to put someone into a caloric deficit without first equipping them with the tools, strategies, and mindfulness techniques for long-term sustainability. The Active Lifestyle Coaching experience is rooted in improving your relationship with food. Once that’s taken care of, achieving fat loss and changing your physique becomes not only possible but sustainable.
This program is designed to help you find food freedom, learn how to nourish your body, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being. While weight loss may be a part of the process, our focus is first on healing your relationship with food and ensuring that eating becomes automated, mindful, and healthy. Only once that’s established do we shift to fat loss or physique goals.
We do not believe in simply putting clients into a caloric deficit to lose weight. Without the right tools and mindfulness practices, those results won’t be sustainable. The Active Lifestyle program is a holistic approach to nutrition—inside and out—and this is the key to long-term fat loss and changing your body composition in a sustainable way.
Not unless there are specific deficiencies or needs to address. Our goal is to teach you how to eat normally again—starting with whole foods. The cavemen had it right, after all!
This program isn’t like those other nutrition programs where you’re handed a strict meal plan, food lists, and expected to spend hours meal prepping. If you’re used to chronic dieting (trust me, I get it), this might seem like a big shift. But clients are consistently surprised at how little time and mental energy they actually spend on food once they embrace the mindfulness and moderation practices we teach.
The aim of this program is to reduce your mental obsession with food, which means you’ll actually reclaim a lot of time and energy. On average, the time spent with your coach (including check-ins) will be about 60-90 minutes per week—far less than you might expect for a transformation like this.
We want everyone who joins to get massive value, but we also understand that sometimes things just aren’t the right fit. If you show up, engage consistently with your coach, and implement the lessons, you will absolutely see results. However, if after the first 14 days you feel it’s not for you, we’ll stop payments going forward.
Because this program includes 1:1 coaching, which involves time and effort from your coach, we’re unable to refund the first month. We want to make sure you’re fully committed before jumping in.
