Membership to the fitness center provides you with a safe, comfortable environment to exercise in with ongoing guidance from our exercise physiologist.
Personalized Fitness Training
One-on-one sessions with our exercise physiologist can be used to:
- design a program from scratch
- meet specific fitness or performance goals
- update your exercise program
- acquire lifestyle change education
*30 minute or 60 minute sessions available for individual purchase, or buy in a package of 10-20 sessions to save

Basic Membership

- Health Assessment and Program Development:
- Heart Rate and Blood Pressure Screening
- Waist - Hip Ratio Measurement
- Cardiovascular, Strength, Flexibility, and Balance Testing
- Two one-on-one sessions with Exercise Physiologist
- Education and demonstration of equipment and personalized exercises
- Evaluation and updates of your program every 8 weeks
Group Exercise Class
Class designed to incorporate principles of Yoga, Pilates, and other muscle conditioning techniques to develop strength, flexibility, and balance, improve posture, and relieve stress!
Suitable for all levels and abilities, also for those with osteoporosis or arthritis.
