How much is a membership?
Our membership options, training packages, and programs are designed to be put together based on your available time and budget, as well as what you need in order to achieve your goals. Give us a call to find out how we can work together towards your healthier lifestyle.
What are your hours?

What is the health screening/fitness assessment?
The fitness assessment is done by our exercise physiologist and allows us to get baseline measurements to prescribe your exercise safely and set goals specifically for you.
What does it involve?
Several simple tests to measure fitness, strength, flexibility, and balance as well as blood pressure and body composition measurements.
What should I wear to my Health Screening and Fitness Assessment?
You want to be comfortable on your first visit. Clothing such as T-shirts, sweatpants, shorts, etc., things you would lounge around in or maybe do housework. For footwear, sneakers or walking shoes are preferred - anything closed-toe that laces up.
Do I need to have a health condition or previously received therapy to become a member?
Anyone is welcome to join the gym or take part in personal training, classes and programs. We encourage you to invite friends and family to come check us out!
What are the three personal training sessions for?
The initial fitness training sessions are important for orienting you to the gym and equipment so that you can exercise safely and confidently. Our exercise physiologist will help you with proper form and technique on every piece of equipment in the gym from cardio machines to stability balls. Also, over the three sessions, she will develop a program for you that is designed to meet your specific goals and ensure that you can perform the exercises independently.
